Skating Rinks Open - IMPORTANT UPDATE

The Neebing Recreation Committee announced last week that our public skating rinks at both Blake Community Hall and Alf Olsen Memorial Park are now open to the public while the rink shacks remain closed during the provincial lockdown.

Today, a provincial emergency has been declared in the Province of Ontario which changes the limits on the number of people allowed at outdoor gatherings.  This new regulation has a direct impact on those using our skating rinks.

Neebing Enters Lockdown

As of December 26, 2020, the Municipality of Neebing is entering Provincial lockdown until January 23, 2021.  This provincewide shutdown will reduce the movement of people and in turn, reduce the spread of the coronavirus.  

The Municipality of Neebing will offer essential services only during the temporary lockdown.  We can be reached by telephone and email.  No visitors will be allowed into any municipal building during the lockdown.
