Book your next event with us! 

The Municipality of Neebing offers two facilities for public rental. Both are on the grounds of Century Park located at 71 Blake Hall Road in Neebing, Ontario.

The Blake Community Hall is the perfect venue for large events such as weddings, retirement parties, bridal showers, and birthdays. It is also the ideal space for conferences, club meetings, exercise classes, training sessions, and more.  The outdoor Pavilion is suitable for both summer and winter events like markets, festivals, car shows, hockey tournaments, and so much more.

You will be required to submit an application form to the Municipality for review. If the event is approved, you will be required to pay the rental fee up front in order to hold your booking.

Facilities Rental Information:

Indoor Space

Blake Community Hall was renovated in 2024 and is fully accessible. It offers a large flat screen TV, audio system, wireless internet, accessible washroom, a full kitchen with two stoves, cooking utensils,  coffee maker & serving urns, cooking utensils, table linens, 30 tables (6' long) and 100 chairs. There is an assortment of serving ware available including plates, cutlery, and coffee cups. Blake Hall can accommodate 160 people standing or 100 people seated at tables with entertainment space.

$25.00/hour
Weddings - 3 full consecutive days rental for set-up, event day, and take down $400.00
Insurance fee for events involving liquor - must provide copy of liquor licence $125.00
Refundable damage deposit due on ALL rentals $250.00
Funeral luncheons for Neebing residents no rental charge
Rental by non-profit groups  no rental charge

 **Rentals by non-profit groups, or events for the public may have rental fees reduced. Please call the office to inquire. 

 

Outdoor Space

The new outdoor Pavilion is a large timber frame  50 foot by 115 foot open air building. The Pavilion has a concrete surface during the summer months then converts to a maintained skating rink in the winter complete with hockey boards and nets. These boards , which remain in place year round, have a ‘drive-in’ entrance and 2 walk-in entrances designed within the boards. The Pavilion is equipped with overhead lighting, full electrical service, and one set of bleachers. Renters must provide their own furniture (tables and chairs) for use outside.
