Neebing does not have schools within its municipal boundary; however, the surrounding municipalities have excellent primary, secondary, and post-secondary educational institutions.

As per By-Law 2007-747, the Municipality of Neebing offers a $500 Medical Education Bursary for the purpose of helping any Neebing resident, or the relative of any Neebing resident, defray the costs of tuition fees for study at an approved post-secondary school in any human medical field of education. Preference to be given to students entering their first year of an accredited program. Non-residents of Neebing who are students related to residents of Neebing will be considered for the award, however, preference is given to students who are residents of Neebing.
Applications for the Medical Education Bursary are accepted until August 1st of any given year for Council’s consideration.
The applicant must submit the following information to be considered for the bursary:
Council will review all applicants and score them from 1 to 10 on the basis of information provided – 1 being the lowest rating, and 10 being the highest rating. The applicant rated the highest shall receive the award.
