Need Assistance?
The Municipal Office will serve as the Voter Help Centre throughout the voting period. Staff will be available to assist electors with voter eligibility questions, PIN issues and general voting inquiries.
Electors who do not have access to a computer, telephone, or internet service, or who require assistance with the voting process, may visit the Voter Help Centre in person. Staff can guide electors through the voting process and provide access to a voting station where eligible electors can cast their ballot.

The Voter Help Centre can assist you if:
- You did not receive your Voter Information Letter.
- You have lost your PIN.
- You need to be added to the Voters' List or make corrections to your information.
- You require assistance to cast your vote.
