The Municipality of Neebing offers two great facilities for public rental. Both are located on the grounds of Century Park at 71 Blake Hall Road in Neebing, Ontario.
The Blake Community Hall is the perfect venue for large events such as weddings, retirement parties, bridal showers, and birthdays. It is also the ideal space for conferences, club meetings, exercise classes, training sessions, and more. The outdoor Pavilion is suitable for both summer and winter events like markets, festivals, car shows, hockey tournaments, and so much more.
Contact the Municipal Office to discuss your event. You will be required to complete an application form and pay the rental fee up front in order to secure your booking.

Indoor Space
Blake Community Hall is a self-catered event space that can accommodate 160 people standing and 100 seated at tables with entertainment space. The Hall was renovated in 2024 and is fully accessible. It offers a large flat screen TV, wireless internet, accessible washroom, a full kitchen with two stoves, cooking utensils, coffee maker & serving urns, thirty 6-foot rectangular tables and 100 chairs. There is an assortment of serving ware available as well including plates, cutlery, and coffee cups. Renters are responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean-up for all events.
Blake Community Hall Indoor Rental Rates
General Events $25.00/hour
Parties, luncheons, car rallies, training sessions - minimum 2 hour rental.
Weddings $400.00
Includes 3 full consecutive days rental for set-up, event day, and take down.
Funeral Luncheons No Rental Charge
No charge for funeral events for Neebing Residents.
Insurance Fee $125.00
Fee for events involving liquor. Must also provide copy of liquor licence.
Damage Deposit $250.00
Refundable damage deposit due on ALL rentals.

Outdoor Space
The new outdoor Pavilion is a large timber frame 50 foot by 115 foot open air building. The Pavilion has a concrete surface during the summer months then converts to a maintained skating rink in the winter complete with hockey boards and nets. These boards , which remain in place year round, have a ‘drive-in’ entrance and 2 walk-in entrances designed within the boards. The Pavilion is equipped with overhead lighting, full electrical service, and one set of bleachers. Renters must provide their own furniture (tables and chairs) for use outside.
Outdoor Pavilion Rental Rates
Winter Rentals $75.00/hour
Private ice time rentals available from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm daily
Summer Rentals $40.00/hour
Outdoor Pavilion rental available for markets, concerts, weddings, etc.
Insurance fee $125.00
Fee for events involving liquor. Must also provide copy of liquor licence.
Damage Deposit $250.00
