To be paid at time the keys are picked up and will be returned once the hall has been inspected.

PLANNING FEES

The Fees for Planning purposes in the Municipality of Neebing per application shall be as outlined below:

1.    Zoning By-law Amendments                            $ 1,000.00

2.    Official Plan Amendments                                $ 3,000.00

3.    Consent to Sever/Create Easements             $ 1,000.00

4.    Minor Variances                                                $ 1,000.00

5.    Conversion to Permanent Residency             $ 1,000.00
