2016 ASSESSMENT Notices

MPAC mailed out assessment notices for residential properties in Neebing on May 2, 2016. The 2016 Assessment Notices are for the 2017 - 2021 property tax years. The deadline for requests for reconsideration for residential properties is August 30, 2016. Notices for all other property types will be mailed out in October 2016. If you have questions about your assessment, contact MPAC at 1-866-296-6722 or visit aboutmyproperty.ca.

Cloud Bay Cemetery Clean-up Day

Do you have a few hours to spare on June 11, 2016? (Rain date June 12, 2016)

Do you need high school volunteer hours? The Cemetery Board members are going to be raking, pruning, planting annuals and weeding the flower beds. We start at 10:00 am and finish around 1:00 pm. Refreshments and light lunch provided. For more information, please call Penny at 964-2270.

BUILDING DEPARTMENT SCHEDULE CHANGE

Regular business hours for Neebing's Chief Building Official are Tuesday's from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
​For the week of May 23 to 27, 2016, the Chief Building Official will be available on Thursday, May 26, 2016.
Building department hours will go back to regular business hours the week of May 30, 2016.

FIRE BAN IN EFFECT

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has issued a fire ban in Northwestern Ontario which includes all of Neebing. No burning is permitted and all fire permits issued by the Municipality of Neebing are suspended until the ban is lifted by the Province. For updates on fire bans visit the Ministry's website.

When you Donate your  RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to Neebing Fire/Rescue Association through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. Donate A Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for your Charity to benefit. After your Vehicle Donation is complete, Neebing Fire/Rescue Association will send you a tax receipt within 45 days!
