PROPERTY FOR SALE

The Corporation of the Municipality of Neebing is offering three waterfront building lots for sale. Two of the lots being offered are located on Island Avenue, in the “Mink Mountain” subdivision.  The other is located adjacent to the Little Trout Bay Conservation Area, on the Zebedee (also known as “Zebadee”) Place cul-de-sac.

The asking price for each lot is $150,000.00.  A form of Agreement of Purchase and Sale which can be used to submit offers is posted below.  “Word” versions are available upon request.

There are conditions associated with each of the property sales. See documents posted below for more detail.

Open burning permits are required from
April 1 to October 31.

KIDDIE CO/SMOKE ALARM RECALL

Anyone with KIDDIE brand hardwired combination CO/smoke alarms should read the attached recall notice and check their units to see if they are included in the recall.

Battery powered CO/smoke alarm models distributed by Neebing Fire Rescue Association (NFRA) and Neebing Emergency Services (NES) are not included in this recall.

ONTARIO RENOVATES

The Thunder Bay District Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) is now accepting applications for the Ontario Renovates Program. Program eligibility criteria are list in the application below.

Donate A Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Neebing Fire/Rescue Association.  We provide free towing in many areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you Donate your  RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to Neebing Fire/Rescue Association through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. Donate A Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for your Charity to benefit. After your Vehicle Donation is complete, Neebing Fire/Rescue Association will send you a tax receipt within 45 days!
