2016 INTERIM TAX BILLS

The Municipality of Neebing sent out the interim tax bills the week of January 18, 2016. The due dates for the two installments are February 29, 2016 and May 30, 2016. If you have not received yours, or if you have questions regarding the calculation of you bill, please contact the municipal office at 807-474-5331.

 For questions regarding the value of your property, contact MPAC at 1-866-296-6722. The deadline to file a request for reconsideration with MPAC is March 31, 2016. Forms are available on the MPAC website at www.mpac.ca.

The Municipality of Neebing has partnered with Paymentus Corporation to offer credit card payment services for tax bills. Please note that there is a user fee for this service.

OPEN HOUSE

The final open house for comments on changes to the Official Plan and Comprehensive Zoning By-law will be held at the Municipal Office (4766 Highway 61), Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 9:30 am to noon.

Come out and have your say!

Council will consider comments received in April. Public meetings to discuss the final amendments will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 and Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 5:00 pm.

Amending by-laws will be presented to Council on May 18, 2016

When you Donate your  RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to Neebing Fire/Rescue Association through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location. Donate A Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for your Charity to benefit. After your Vehicle Donation is complete, Neebing Fire/Rescue Association will send you a tax receipt within 45 days!
